General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Taxi Ziller

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and services of Taxi Ziller, especially for trips booked via the online form on our website.

2. Booking and Provision of Information

2.1 Customers can only book trips between the predefined locations. 2.2 All required information must be provided correctly and completely when booking. This includes, in particular, the departure and destination locations, date and time of the trip, and contact information. 2.3 Taxi Ziller reserves the right to reject bookings if incomplete or incorrect information has been provided.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Customers can choose between two payment methods:

• Cash Payment: The fare is paid directly to the driver during the transfer.
• Card Payment: The fare is charged directly at the time of booking via the online form.

5. Liability and Responsibility

5.1 Taxi Ziller is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, road closures, technical defects).

5.2 The customer is responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up location on time. If the customer is not at the pick-up location at the agreed time, the right to the trip expires without entitlement to a refund.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Customers' personal data is used exclusively for processing bookings and providing services.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 By booking a trip, the customer agrees to these GTC.

7.2 The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of Taxi Ziller.
